See the actual interfaceBehind every beautiful event is a business to run. SERI connects a real service catalogue with a vision for clearer bookings, inventory and business visibility — shaped by HZ Warisan’s operational challenges.

Stock checks, quotations, client conversations and payments sit behind every celebration. The team’s initial interview with HZ Warisan identified three connected problems.
Inconsistent stock records make availability, reservations and item condition difficult to track.
Scattered transactions and incomplete reports make revenue, payments and performance harder to understand.
Manual WhatsApp enquiries and unclear service details create extra work around quotations and bookings.
